October Favourites

Super late I know but better late than never, hey?

Today I wanted to run through some of my current favourite products because I need to share them with you because they are just that good.

I decided to pick up one of these back in August because Botanics had changed their packaging and I wanted to see whether the formula had also changed.

I’m so glad that I did pick this up because I’ve already gone through one other pot since then.

I love the packaging, the formula and the scent of this product. It was great to take to Spain with me back in July/August because it is a solid product and wasn’t affected by air travel unlike some of my other products😒.

This is honestly my favourite cleansing balm, I’ve tried The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter & Emma Hardie moringa cleansing balm and in my opinion, neither of those compare to this.

I love how hydrated this leaves my skin feeling and I think I will continue purchasing this cleanser because I love it so much.

This is ace. My skin lately has been quite dry lately and I needed something that was extra hydrating to really help me get my skin on an even keel.

I picked this up on whim because it was only £6 and I am so impressed with it! The formula is super thick and you just smear a thick layer on your face, leave it for 15 minutes and rinse off with a hot flannel.

I will be doing a stand-alone blog post on this soon because it is so worth it for the price.

I am embarrassed to admit that I haven’t purchased this before because I didn’t think it would live up to the hype.

Luckily, I was wrong. This stuff is really lovely. It exfoliates without being too much; I acid exfoliate twice a day and this has left my skin looking and feeling great.

I will definitely be picking up the bigger bottle when this one is empty.

This is my current favourite facial oil, when I first got it I wasn’t convinced about the formula.

It is thick and gloopy and I thought it was going to be a disaster for my skin but it actually turned out to be exactly what my skin was looking for.

I am absolutely gutted that this oil has now been discontinued so I am now on the hunt for a replacement oil.

If anyone knows of any good oils that you would recommend then please let me know!

I like facial sprays because I feel like they really do ‘something’ for my skin. I only have two sprays – a Vitamin E Moisturising Spray and this spray.

I use this spray when my skin is irritated or needs calming. I also find that it really helps to hydrate my skin when it needs extra moisture.

This is a new range in Superdrug so I’m excited to see what other products they are introducing.

I find that it can be a little sticky and intense if I spray this directly on my face but if I spray it into the palms of my hands and then press it on my face then it works perfectly.

Another thing to note is that I love the smell of this mist.

I am looking to try out some new mists so if you know of any please let me know!
