Can you believe that we are into April now?! March was a very long and very hectic month for me. But instead of dwelling on how long the month was I want to focus on what I managed to achieve in March and use that to motivate me.
Ignored All The Stress. As I mentioned, I found March very hectic and previously when things got like that I let it get to me and it used to make my stress levels even worse. For the first time in ages, I took a deep breath and let it all go. So even though there were very few blog posts over the last couple of weeks, I didn’t let it get to me and now I’m really looking forward to April. Bring it on!
Finished The Crown. This probably won’t seem like much to people but I managed to make series 1 of the Crown last a week rather than rushing through it. I’m even more proud of the fact that I made it last because instead of binge watching the crown, I was exercising and socialising and basically I didn’t recognise myself at that time 😉
Got Glasses. I’ve had glasses for computer work for the last couple of years but now I have glasses that I wear 24/7 and I know it sounds weird but its like everything is in HD. Like don’t get me wrong, I can still see without them, with them on I can see EVERYTHING!
Said Yes To More. I am a person that likes a routine. I like to know what I should be doing at a certain time but this month I said yes to more adventures and I ended up visiting a aquarium (WE FOUND NEMO🐟) and tried out a new restaurant with a friend.
Managed To Get To Essex All By Myself. Trains and my anxiety do not mix but I did it! It did get a little hairy for a bit (because of overthinking, nothing to do with the journey) but I did it and I couldn’t be prouder of myself! I went to Essex to visit my friend and I spent a (very) long weekend with her and I don’t think I’ve been that relaxed for quite a while!
What did you do throughout March?
