Its favourites time again! This month I have quite a few favourite pens that I want to share with you. In future months this may change to stationery of the month but my only other favourite stationery item that I have had this month is my Bullet Journal.
Lets jump in and see what pens I’ve been loving this month:
Lamy Safari – Charcoal
This is cheating a little bit because I only got this pen last Saturday. But I’ve fallen pretty hard for this pen and I’ve found that I really enjoy the pen grip on these pens which I am so relieved about. If you’ve not heard about the Lamy Pen grips, they are the stationery equivalent of marmite – you either love them or hate them.
What do I use it for? I use this for taking notes into my bullet journal
Staedtler Stick Pens – Pink, Blue, Light Blue, Black
A review of these pens will be up tomorrow. I have a full set of these pens and these are the colours that I reach for again and again.
What do I use it for? I use these pens to colour in my daily time trackers or to draw my daily headers.
Platinum Preppy in 03 Fine
I love this pen. It is a cheap and basic fountain pen but is a real workhorse and I know that I can rely on this pen to get the job done for me. I have found that the best way to store this pen is nib down to reduce the chances of a hard start.
What do I use it for? I use this pen for my daily pages in my bullet journal or for taking notes. Basically everything apart from colouring in daily time trackers or designing headers.
Paper Mate Ink Joy Pens – Red, Blue, Black
These are perfect for picking up the slack that the Staedtler Stick Pens cannot manage (spoiler alert) because they are highly pigmented and in general start without skipping.
What do I use it for? Designing daily headers and more variety for daily time trackers.
Lamy Al Star – Pacific LE
This is another cheat pen because I got this at the same time as my Lamy Safari, but honestly I just love it so much that I couldn’t not mention it!
What do I use it for? Basically everything apart from colouring in daily time trackers or designing headers.
What were your favourite pens throughout February?
